How to Save Time using Honeybook's File Transfer Service

If you know me, you know I LOVE efficiency. If there's a better, faster way to do something - and it doesn't harm anyone - I'm the first one to sign up!

Today I'm going to share with you about one of my favorite time-saving features Honeybook offers - and it's COMPLETELY FREE with your Honeybook subscription!

What is Honeybook's File Transfer Service?

Simply put, this service allows you to upload any files you currently have regarding your client processes (proposals, pricing guides, invoices, contracts, or questionnaires), and Honeybook's concierge service will do the rest.

That means with a few simple clicks, you take your existing processes and transfer them into Honeybook.

And the best part?

It's FREE!


This service is fantastic because whether you're a more established business, and you are switching over from another All-in-One platform like Dubsado or HelloBonsai, or you are brand new and have been "duct-taping" everything together from Google docs / DocuSign / Canva, this service will work for you!!


You can upload:

  • Pricing

  • Packages

  • Service lists

  • Contract language

  • Lead & client questionnaires (you can even upload a screenshot of your questions)

You can even fill out a spreadsheet of open invoices from existing clients, and Honeybook will load them in for you!!


Can I edit them once they're uploaded?

You sure can. If you want to use this service to get all the basics complete, you can then go in to edit, customize, and brand everything exactly as you want.

How long does it take?

It usually takes anywhere from 3-5 days from the time you upload your files to seeing them in your account. Honeybook will send you an email notifying you when it's complete.


Can I use this for the length of my subscription?

This setup is offered once per account, and Honeybook requests you complete it in the first 14 days of your subscription. However, if you miss it by a day or two, they're usually very accommodating. I love a platform with great customer service!!


I know you offer Honeybook setups. Why would I need a setup if Honeybook offers this?

Our services work in tandem with the File Transfer service. While the Honeybook team uploads the technical pieces, my team and I will:
